CHALLENGE

As Prudential's public website expanded, the navigation became increasingly difficult to scale. Confusing labels, growing link inventories, legal requirements, and competing stakeholder priorities created friction for both users and the teams responsible for maintaining the experience.

OUTCOME

Developed a scalable navigation framework that addressed known usability challenges, informed future redesign efforts, and established a stronger foundation for long-term site growth.
