CHALLENGE
The existing experience functioned primarily as a content repository, making it difficult for users to discover relevant information as educational resources expanded into videos, webinars, podcasts, and interactive tools. The platform needed to support personalization, content curation, and multiple user types while remaining flexible enough for partner organizations.
OUTCOME
Created a scalable financial education platform that improved content discovery, supported personalized learning journeys, and established reusable interaction patterns across the broader Prudential ecosystem.
Personalized Content Discovery
Designed a homepage experience that surfaced relevant content based on user interests, account relationships, and engagement history, helping users quickly access the information most meaningful to them.

Category Selection Framework
Created a new category-selection interaction that allowed users to customize and refine their content experience. The interaction later evolved into reusable marketing and navigation assets across the platform.

Flexible Content Ecosystem
Built a modular framework capable of supporting articles, videos, podcasts, webinars, tools, and partner-specific content while maintaining consistency across experiences.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Designed a flexible homepage that allowed authenticated users to discover, curate, and return to educational content tailored to their interests and financial goals.
Developed a modular interface capable of supporting articles, videos, webinars, infographics, and future content types without requiring major layout changes.
Designed reusable category selection interactions, icons, and co-branding components that expanded the existing design system while maintaining a consistent user experience.
